The Strategy for Development of Area 254 on Lavele Street was created in Real Estate Management module of Urban Planning education. The subject builds up managerial skills to be applied to individual problematic cases related to properties, boundaries, assessment, development and financing of projects.
Knowledge is obtained on the organizational functions and strategies as well as the role of the real estate in reaching the goals of an organisation. An approach towards the return on investment is developed as well as to the operative performance in the process of betterment and reconstruction of real estates.
